The winemaker
Located in the heart of the vineyard AOP Languedoc between the Mediterranean and the Haut Languedoc, the area of "The Three Puechs" was created in 2010 by Jacques and Lydie Couderc. The farm spans three cities that are GABIAN, FOUZILHON and MAGALAS. Clement and Vivian, son of Lydia and Jacques have now joined the field. The word "Puech" comes from Occitan and means slope or hill. The field "The Three Puechs" is located on the village of FOUZILHON and has at this point 50% of the vineyard has a total of 25 hectares.
