The winemaker

Domaine Petit Ginestet, was reborn in 2017 under the leadership of the Vuillemin family. This courageous winegrowing couple has restored a 7-hectare organic vineyard, with a variety of grape varieties, which lies along the Canal du Midi. A privileged location in a climate conducive to the production of wines with character. His IGP production is certified as an independent winegrower. Cuvée 35 is his first vintage, a tribute to the first 35 "grognards" who made this hand-picked harvest such a fine quality.
