The winemaker

Situated at an altitude of over 400 meters, in a traditional farmhouse, Domaine Saint Sébastien extends over some twenty hectares. The sunny, windy climate is ideal for growing vines. Grenache, the grape variety typical of this region, reveals its finest flavors on this schist terroir. Domaine Saint Sébastien produces wines with prestigious PDOs: Banyuls Grand Cru, Banyuls and Collioure. The winemakers work hard every day to bring out the best in this ancestral estate. All wines are produced with respect for tradition.
