It's "ZE Fitou"...for the pleasure and conviviality it brings, and Za Buvabilité! This Fitou Maritime comes from the windswept limestone cliffs of Leucate, with notes of both fresh fruit and ripe fruit, and is made from the classic red grape varieties of the Protected Designation of Origin, with a 9-month barrel ageing period for the press wines (15% of the cuvée's volume) and concrete tank ageing for the bottled wines.
