In a few words ...
Orange wine is the result of a revival of a natural process dating back to antiquity: it's simply the vinification of a white grape variety like a red wine, i.e. vatting and maceration. Adrien and Gauthier wanted to re-experiment with this technique, and the result is very interesting!
