Founded in 1876, the Castle Jeremiah is at the heart of the picturesque village of circular Fabrezan in the Aude, remarkable for an imposing massive medieval tower, former dungeon lord's castle. Completely renovated, the basement of the area today can receive all the grapes in optimal conditions for a careful vinification. The vineyard is rooted in the terroir of the Corbières, on the road between Carcassonne and Narbonne. The 58 ha of vineyards of Château Jeremiah harmoniously distributed around the village with 6,5ha white AOP Corbières, 19 hectares in AOP Corbières appellation red and 32,5ha Pays d'Oc IGP.
