The winemaker

In 1983, we join in GAEC, we operate the field without the use of herbicides or pesticides, practicing technical amendments and foliar treatments using trace elements, inspired by the work of Chaboussou. In 1994, life is not a bed of roses, another professional period opens in the sector of social and solidarity economy .... other meetings, and Corinne with whom the idea of ​​resuming domain and make our wine is gaining ground.   We are in October 2006 when our research led us to Rasiguères. It's a real crush on this beautiful landscape and preserved Fenouillèdes to this land of extraordinary diversity and potential, return to my first passion. In 2007 on 17 hectares, the whole vineyard is converted to organic farming, our cellar is made, the field of Lands Mallyce was born. Our desire: to develop living wines that reflect the terroir of this, our expertise, not smoothed by the trends in progress. And all the other meetings, professional and friendly, the ones we build through the tastings, we share moments animated by the same pleasure to discover our wines.
