The winemaker

Situated in the vineyard of the Pic Saint Loup at Corconne, charming village set against the foothills of the Cevennes consists of houses of seventeenth and eighteenth centuries and surrounded by huge walls made of natural rocks shaped organ pipes, the cellar 'The Gravette 'groups since 1939, a hundred winegrowers operator nearly 500 hectares and producing wines AOC Pic Saint Loup and AOC Coteaux du Languedoc. Corconne is a village traditions olive, 3500 olive trees are planted and produce since 2005, an ardent and fruity oil, characteristic of the Picholine variety. For many years, our winemakers share the same approach to their business: to integrate and master the most advanced technologies while perpetuating the tradition of knowledge and respect for the environment. And this, from the vineyard to winemaking. Much of the vineyard is on a land of Gravette, (which gave its name to the cellar). This important part of the vineyard is AOC PIC SAINT LOUP. We grow with passion Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre gives the flagship wine of the winery.
