Assembly : 51% merlot / 23% cabernet franc / 14% syrah / 6% malbec / 6% cabernet sauvignon vinification : Fermentation in stainless steel vats for 8 days, followed by maceration for 2 to 4 weeks depending on the vats and grape varieties. Aged in barrels for 12 months (25% new and 75% from one to three wines). TASTING : Garnet-red, lively color. The first nose is marked by notes of red fruit combined with aromas of rose. Delicate aromas of marzipan and blond tobacco follow. Notes of toast, cocoa, vanilla and cedar combine with wild berry aromas on a long, gourmet finish.
