It is the presence of abundant groundwater that has made this place a land particularly suitable for the cultivation of the vine. The vines of this area are terraced with those of Field of Villemajou. Nevertheless, the vine is their true difference. The Aigues-Vives chateau is set in a dominant Syrah.
