The winemaker

The House of S. Delafont is a wine merchant founded in 2010 by Samuel Delafont. Raised in a double culture, Scandinavian by his Finnish mother and Latin by his father, from Nîmes, Samuel Delafont quickly became interested in the world of wine, which he considers to be a major vehicle for exchange and conviviality. After a first experience as an advisor to Languedoc wine producers, he decided to launch himself into the production of wines with character. Installed as a wine merchant-breeder, he produces hand-crafted wines from the different terroirs of Languedoc-Roussillon. His reputation is well established, with a major part of his wines going for export.
