Dating back to the post-medieval period, the Mas de Farjou is the birthplace of Jean Louis family with John's grandfather, founder of thought will Pic Saint-Loup in 1955. This demonstrates the commitment of this family this terroir leaning against the Causse of Orthus at the foot of the Pic Saint-Loup. Mas's economy was based on three elements: the vine, olive and mulberry for silkworms.
