Mas Amiel is a historic estate founded in 1815, with a great diversity of terroirs and plots, all different and with their own history and identity. Since 2017, the estate has been certified organic and biodynamic. All this is done to preserve the richness of the soil, in order to bring out the best in the grapes. This cuvée reveals a fresh, salivating, powdery expression of Lladoner and Grenache from altitude on gneiss.

A "sparkling" attack, followed by a grain of tannin that's ultra-distilled, a little like "tannin bubbles". A harmonious framework between enveloping roundness and vivacity. Finesse and elegance.
