In a few words ...
Established in 2001 on the premises of a former 800 m² cooperative winery, the vineyard is located in the north-western part of the Pyrénées-Orientales department, in the very promising fenouillèdes high-altitude sector. Having arrived for the 2007 harvest, Joseph Parcé and his wife Amandine have now taken over the reins. The wines have gained in consistency, but the latest vintages on offer are opulent and very ripe.
