The winemaker

Moderato draws on unique know-how to create a new style of quality non-alcoholic wine. Our aim is to maintain the pleasure of wine, while keeping consumption under control and focusing on the taste and experience of wine. We select the best grape varieties, to obtain quality wines that we delicately reduce in alcohol and then blend thanks to our know-how and the expertise of our oenologist. The result: preserved aromas and a new balance, for a unique style full of taste! Our commitment is to develop our products in a responsible manner, reducing the impact of viticulture on the planet and optimizing the raw materials used in our bottles. 0.0% alcohol, 0 pesticides.
