Au fil de soi du clos bagatelle is a red Saint-Chinian made from a blend of Syrah, Carignan, Grenache and Mourvèdre. It has a beautiful garnet-red color and a bouquet with aromas of blackcurrant, cherry, mocha and pepper. This is a fleshy, fruity wine with a warm mouthfeel and a long finish. This Languedoc wine is perfect with charcuterie, red meat and game.
