L'Infidèle is the Mas' historic cuvée. It combines the full range of regional grape varieties, which give it its elegance and structure. Its balance makes it accessible in its youth, and its complexity expresses itself over 10 years and more. Aged 18 months. 500 and 600-liter barrels for 60 to 80%. "L'Infidèle" is a tribute to Jean-Pierre Jullien, the estate's founder, and his infidelities with certain winegrowing traditions that helped forge the reputation of Mas Cal Demoura.
