Blend grenache, syrah, carignan, mourvèdre. vinification The grapes are de-stemmed on a variety-by-variety basis, and vatted by gravity. Fermentation lasts around four weeks, with daily pumping over for aeration and punching of the cap. description this garnet-red wine expresses intense aromas of licorice, jammy blackcurrant and laurel leaves. On the palate, there are more balsamic and very fresh notes of menthol and thyme. The whole is fleshy, elegant and silky, with a very pleasant zan finish.
