The winemaker

With 700 hectares of vineyards, 250 cooperators, a production of 44 000 hectoliters, the winery tours and Terroirs Aniane has a very diverse range. Dominating the road of Montpellier, two historical villages in the Herault valley, Gignac & Aniane, joined forces in 2005 to create a wine cooperative, joined in 2007 by Aniane. This diversity allows them to track all aspects of land of Herault. In the basement of Tours and Flavors of Aniane is a young and dynamic team working on the development of vintages. The winery offers wines on 5 different names: AOP Languedoc AOC Terrasses du Larzac, PGI Saint-Guilhem-le-Desert, Country Oc wine, Vin de France. The wine cellar tours and Terroirs of Aniane are made based on 8 different grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Sauvignon Blanc, Grenache Blanc and Chardonnay. This wine cooperative operates on seven principles: democracy, solidarity, responsibility, sustainability, transparency, proximity and service. Multiple lands on which are distributed the plots are mostly limestone or rolled roller (as Chateauneuf-Du-Pape). The high rainfall and mountains help protect some vines of heat, for the cellar tours and Aniane terroir can offer balanced and fine wines;
