The winemaker

This creative winemaker, striving for perfection, seeking elegance and delicacy in his wines. The grapes are for wine what the color palette for a painter. The assembly must be harmonious, each varietal subtly bringing its "typical". There are events that arouse emotions and trigger inspiration, like the terrible 1996 storm that uprooted more than forty centuries old pine trees, field history witnesses. The cuvée "L'Ame des Pins" pays tribute to this life removed. We find the spirit of the area in "vintages of Friends" which reflected conviviality and authenticity. Michel CROS and his family will share a passion for wine and you experience pleasant moments of fun and discovery in a pleasant and authentic vault
