Its color is a dense garnet. The Cigalus grand vin has an intense nose revealing a complex bouquet of jammy black fruits, spices, licorice, humus and truffles. A clean, fat, unctuous attack on the palate, coupled with present, melted, coated tannins. Official wine of the 2018 Nobel Ceremony banquet! The atypical aspect of this wine is the presence of 7 grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah, Granche, Caladoc and Carignan.
Appearance
Intense ruby color with a mahogany tint.
Aroma
The bouquet screams concentrated, very ripe black fruits, toasty spices and toasty oak.

Taste
The palate is lush and opulent with velvety tannins. Aromas of black fruits - blackberries, black cherries and plums - reappear with a complex empyreumatic framework leading to mint. The finish is long and perfectly balanced.
