This 100% Chardonnay, made from Coursan's pebbly and clay-limestone soils, has a bright, golden color. The nose reveals aromas of peach, vanilla and honeysuckle, enhanced by a touch of citrus. On the palate, freshness dominates, offering a lively, harmonious wine, perfect as an aperitif or with squid fritters, zucchini flowers or capon stuffed with morels.
