A deep red wine with violet highlights, 100% Caladoc, hand-harvested. Intense, exotic fruit on the nose, marked by blackberry and great fluidity. On the palate, the texture is supple and delicious, almost tannin-free, with a long, fruity imprint. Aged in stainless-steel vats, it seduces with its purity and balance. Enjoy at 18°C with duck breast with cherries or salt-crusted leg of lamb.
