The one-night wine is harvested cool and drawn off in the early hours of the morning, to extract only the silkiest, lightest aromas from the red grapes. Nine months of barrel ageing polish the contours, round out the berry and spice notes, and maintain its surprising youthfulness after years in the cellar. Le Vin d'une Nuit is a Dolinebrune of discussion and seduction, to be served chilled.
