Assembly Syrah : 60 Grenache : 30 Cinsault : 10 Soil and production - Clay-limestone soil - Planting density: 3,500 vines/ha to 4,000 vines/ha (depending on grape variety) - Vine age: 25 to 30 years (depending on grape variety) - Production: 25 hl /ha - Production of 3,000 0.75-l bottles Vinification Harvested at optimum ripeness, picked in small crates. Blending of small elementary vats of Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault. Manual pressing. Aged for two winters in French oak barrels.

An expressive nose of red and black fruits, a complex Pic St Loup with the scent of garrigue. Long on the palate. To be forgotten for a few years in the cellar.
