Made exclusively from Cabernet Franc, this wine embodies the nobility of Anjou-Villages terroirs. Its intense ruby color announces an expressive nose of black fruits, violets and light spicy notes. On the palate, the attack is supple, the body silky, and the fine tannins offer a fine structure without hardness. The finish is persistent, with aromas of blackberry and licorice. Vinified with the utmost care on the estate, this red goes equally well with local dishes and social gatherings. It benefits from being lightly decanted to reveal its full complexity.
