The winemaker
Operation established on 1 January 1989, the vineyard surface is currently 7 hectares, all located in the town of Ambierle, tourist village of the Roanne Coast. The production is vinified on the operation and is marketed primarily in direct selling. The vines face south and an average altitude of 400 meters. The dominant grape is Gamay noir with white juice. Four hectares of vines over fifty years. This seniority causes a lot of manual labor and low mechanization. The harvest takes place in the traditional way; harvesting and sorting the grapes are manually to ensure better quality.
