The winemaker

All our wines are produced without adding sugar, without adding yeast, without input of any kind, except for a slight dose of suffering. Only the traditional method receives an addition of yeast to the resumption of the second fermentation in the bottle, but there 's no draw liquor. Like many winemakers working in Biodynamic Agriculture, we are increasingly faced with the refusal of approval of our wines in AOC. Paradoxically, most wines are vinified naturally, plus they truly reflect their terroir and less they get the AOC label! In French law, only the category of Wines of France leaves us an area of ​​freedom, innovation and expression. All our domain is certified organic by ECOCERT and biodynamic by BIODYVIN.
