This plot, classified AOC Menetou-Salon, planted since 1994 Sauvignon grape of the appellation. Young vineyard, Clos de Marcé was harvested for the first time in 1997. The wine is produced by Tom Hainguerlot, and is done in a traditional way in stainless steel. The method used allows the thermoregulation temperature control during fermentation.
