Seixoso is the embodiment of vinoh verde's new-found passion. This can be felt both in the nose and on the palate with a seductive, exotic freshness. Vinho verde alvarinho is also widely used in northern Portugal. Often used to ambitious winemakers vinho verde also build variety and prove they are equal albariños de rias baixas, in northeast Spain. Thus, the alvarinho pouco comun having a fresh breed with impressive fruit intensity. A wine for every occasion, but delicious as an aperitif, with steamed fish dishes, pasta and snacks.
