The winemaker

Two hours south of Paris, in a privileged environment along the wildest rivers in Europe, the Loire, runs the vineyard of Pouilly-Fumé. Limestone hillsides facing south-west, microclimate regulated by the Loire and its northern position makes this area the ideal terroir for growing Sauvignon. The field Alain Cailbourdin, scattered on the best slopes of the appellation, produces four wines of Pouilly-Fumé, Representational each of a defined soil. A traditional know-how, refined year after year for 25 years and guided by the desire to access the best quality grapes, allows us to obtain wines with racy aromas, elegant and mineral worthy of these terroirs 'exception.
