The winemaker
The work here is very seriously, with grassed vineyards, farms on lees and careful winemaking. The area is fortunate to own vines on the best parcels sector, particularly Plante des Prés and Chêne Marchand. Wines: good level, the wines presented are still some technical and farms, red, lack a little finesse. The 2015 rosé is simple and tangy, the 2014 red is bright and healthy, strict anything. The 2015 white Sancerre has a nice energy and longer, but its neat personality lacks a bit of depth. Precise, subtle, Bush Meadows 2014 shows linear and very defined, but its tangy fruit rocking slightly towards varietal aromas of Sauvignon. The prettiest wine cellar remains the Chêne Marchand.
