The winemaker

We work world famous grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon particularly well acclimated to our region. Other more specific varietals complement this range: Cabernet Franc, Grolleau, Fié Gris. The Touraine experience almost exclusively at work and in the selection of Sauvignon Blanc is exploited in the right decisions about the conduct of Sauvignon Gris. Similarly, made my debut in the Chablis Laroche -Domaine facilitate interventions on Chardonnay. In the same idea, a course in the cellars of Brissac Anjou was my first contact with the vinification of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet. The specificity of the soil and sunshine of the southern Loire allow a wide variety of grapes to meet the expectations of fans of light and fruity wines. The care we give to our vintages are regularly rewarded in regional and international competitions. We also take the greatest care during the harvest, to give our winemaking methods with the maturity and the vineyards of our area.
