The winemaker

When I visit the vineyard of Clos des Montys, on the heights of Goulaine, I explain without difficulty - and it shows almost to the naked eye - the differences in my two plots, one that is more clay and another that is more rocky. So before we talk about land, it must be explained and bone up a little geology because in this case I'm facing two plots, the same entity that will give me without having to intervene too much, two expressions totally different.
