The winemaker

After Marcel Morin had planted the first vineyards, Abel, Jean Claude and Hervé today, have continued to perpetuate the tradition while bringing in the latest viticultural and oenological techniques. The estate currently represents 22 hectares, on a soil composed of sand, gravel and limestone few plots. The Cabernet Franc "Breton" constitutes the entire vineyard. The average age of parcels of vines is 40 years. To visit the area in the heart of the village, the birthplace of St Nicolas de Bourgueil appellation, Herve open every day from 9:00 to 19:00 and Sunday by appointment. You will not fail to visit the winery, the winery and taste the wines produced by Hervé.
