The winemaker

Located in the heart of Coteaux du Layon and Bonnezeaux, The field of galleys I operate since 1996, covers 10 hectares of vineyards. Fully grassed vineyards are cultivated according to the principle of rational control. Tillage in the stocks allows to respect the land and environment. The size at harvest, all the wine work crucial to the quality of grapes and thus of future wines. The fully manual harvesting requires multiple passes (successive sorting) in plots aimed to develop sweet wines (bonnzezeaux, Coteaux du Layon).
