The winemaker

The estate has been using reasoned agriculture since 2000 and has been HVE certified since 2021. Aware of the role we play in biodiversity, we are committed to improving our practices. Here are a few examples of the best practices we have adopted: In the vineyard: We sow green manure twice a year to grass up the inter-row, with a wide range of varieties such as peas, rye, phacelia, clover, vetch and many others. This provides the vines with minerals when we turn the soil. Weeding is entirely mechanical for the grassy strips and the cavaillon (under the vines). In the cellar : Over the years, we have substantially reduced our inputs thanks to better equipment, which now enables us to offer wines with a minimum of sulfites. We offer a range of AOC wines in bag-in-box to limit waste for your special event needs. We control our purchases of dry materials, favoring short circuits and those with a low carbon footprint.
