Domaine des Fines Caillottes has 29 hectares of vines, planted in Sauvignon (locally called "Blanc Fumé"), which produce our Pouilly Fumé, and 0.20 hectare planted with Chasselas grape variety for the production of Pouilly-sur-Loire. The field consists of 30 plots, located on the 5 towns of the area of ​​Pouilly-sur-Loire (Pouilly, Tracy-sur-Loire, Saint-Andelain Saint-Laurent-l'Abbaye and Garchy), so on varied soils: clay-limestone caillottes for the majority, marl small oysters, clay-siliceous marl and flint.
