The winemaker

Operation founded in 1995 on family property in Savigny en Véron. Enter on the soil of Chinon, specifically the Confluence of the Loire and Vienne where our grape Cabernet Franc "said Breton" is rooted between sand and gravel found in depth "galuche". It has a temperate climate with a ground letting in water and warming to the first rays of the sun. To protect what nature gives us, we have the floor mechanically for several years and conduct approved treatments BIO to preserve our environment. After all these months of work, size and stall wood folding chopsticks, suckering, leaf removal, cropping, soil maintenance and treatment of the vine, this is the harvest period, the most intense moment of the year. All the grapes are picked by hand to ensure quality. Our wine is simple and natural with a monitoring fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Only our vintage "old vine" will spend several months in oak barrels to soften more sustained tannins.
