The winemaker

Early attracted by Cyril wine, cook training, became a wine merchant. From sales to production, there is a step he crossed in 2001 to become winemaker. He lets now talk about creativity and motivation to make wine his life. Vincent, who comes from the food industry, knows the workings of production. Two complementary profiles that decide to find their new playground: Touraine. The multitude of varieties and quality of soils cause them to settle there in 2004, and from there was born the field of Pierrettes. Since 2013 tillage and rational control allow an insured approach to organic. Cabernet remains the emblematic grape of the Loire. It will grow steadily over the next few years an increase in area planted. The côt (Malbec) is a very special grape variety in this region, and only the Touraine appellation will cultivate it. Soon the entrance area of ​​the new Pierrettes Amboise appellation allow this variety to be the only one allowed. Given their energy and dynamism, there's a safe bet that the field of Pierrettes be a future star of the Loire Valley!
