The winemaker

With the experience of four generations, we implemented our winery at the heart of our vineyard. We designed and built to combine the current and traditional techniques (underground barrel cellar) with the functional, qualitative and aesthetic criteria related to our traditional character. Because we also believe in the need to protect the environment and the health of all, we are certified organic. Covering an area of ​​24 ha, essentially regional grape varieties are Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc and Cabernet, it wants to perpetuate his family and artisanal human dimension. The floors are maintained exclusively by mechanical and manual means. This choice of compliance with the specifications of Ecocert meets our beliefs about respect for nature and health. In return, it requires increased vigilance and work that will have to manage the daily and long term.
