It was in 2006 that the 1st sauvignon plantings of this small area of 3 hectares were released. The vines pipes friendly growing trend in organic products just ripe juice through a rigorous selection of grapes. This wine made on a flint clay soil lying under a layer known as chalk chalk flint high concrete tank on fine lees for several months.
