The winemaker

The estate currently has 25 hectares of vineyards mostly planted vine Melon de Bourgogne (Muscadet) and cultured according to the rules of organic production. The estate produces about 120,000 bottles a year, broken Muscadet and Gros Plant wines for PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) and Chardonnay, Gamay, Cabernet, Merlot, Grolleau gray and black for the Vins de Pays Loire Valley PGI (Protected Geographical Indication). For many years, the Domaine Les Hautes Noëlles is engaged in organic approach to preserving the environment. Today, all the white wines of Domaine Les Hautes Noëlles are certified "Organic Wines" by Ecocert
