The winemaker

University education (agronomy, oenology), Mathieu Coste worked first at the Cave Cooperative of Pouilly-sur-Loire, the Agricultural College of Cosne-sur-Loire and the wine apprentice training center of Beaune and the Lycée Beaune wine. In 2008 he bought the estate of Alain Paulat Coteaux du Giennois, or it continues and develops a work in organic begun dice the 80s, on 5.5 ha of vineyards: 3.5 ha of Gamay + 1.8 hectares of Pinot Noir and a little cabernet. Stated purpose: wine "natural" and healthy.
