The winemaker
Regretting that the crop eventually assembled in standardized wine cooperatives or conventional traders, Thierry Puzelat decided in 1999 to start an activity of "trading", buying up grapes for winemaking. Today, aged forty years, he makes wine the equivalent of a dozen hectares of vineyards, of which 3/4 are from organic grapes purchases and a quarter of its organic production also.
