The winemaker

Regretting that the crop eventually assembled in standardized wine cooperatives or conventional traders, Thierry Puzelat decided in 1999 to start an activity of "trading", buying up grapes for winemaking. Today, aged forty years, he makes wine the equivalent of a dozen hectares of vineyards, of which 3/4 are from organic grapes purchases and a quarter of its organic production also. Vinifs without levurages and sulfur. For red semi-carbonic maceration of two to three weeks. For white pressing and static settling before fermentation in barrels or tanks.
