The François Prévost estate is located in Faye d'Anjou in the heart of the Coteaux du Layon appellation. The vineyard now covers 7 hectares, managed with respect for the environment under the High Environmental Value label. The winemaker

François Prévost is passionate about vines and wine. After several years of experience working for vineyards in Champagne and Anjou, it was only natural that he chose to set up as an independent winemaker. In 2008, he took over the reins of an estate in Faye d'Anjou, in the heart of the Coteaux du Layon appellation.
François Prévost then began to restructure the vineyard and built a new vinification cellar. Today, the vineyard covers 7 hectares and is managed in a reasoned manner under the High Environmental Value label. The different wines he offers all have one thing in common: they are pure expressions of the terroir.
