Vinified and aged in ovoid vats. This cuvée is more full-bodied. It's fatter, yet just as mineral. Still unfiltered, the suspension of its particles due to the cynergie of the ovoid container allows for more substance in the wine, giving it a stronger, fruitier, more supple structure.
