Location: Loire Valley, Montguéret. Soil: Shisty clay, 120-hectare estate, located in the commune of Nueil sur Layon, with vines spread over 4 communes in the southern Saumur region producing A.O.C. Saumur, Anjou and Côteaux du Layon. Vinification: Direct pressing, low-temperature fermentation with maximum protection against oxidation.
