Made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, this cuvée reveals all the finesse and purity of its terroir. Fermentation is carried out at controlled temperatures to preserve fruit and aromatic freshness. The wine is matured in three types of container - stainless steel vats, concrete eggs and amphoras - to best express the richness of the soil and the complexity of the grape variety. The wine then rests on fine lees for almost a year, gaining texture and depth before final blending.
