Our region's oldest red grape variety was the favorite of our grandfather, Albert Denis, founder of the Domaine de la Renaudie. In his honor, we named this cuvée after him. It's made from 100% côt using his winemaking technique, i.e. no artificial additives. For this 2018 vintage, we have used shorter vatting times, giving us a very colorful red wine with lots of red and black fruit aromas. The tannins are also suppler and rounder. 100% côt.
